Senior Programmer

We offer a rewarding working environment using the latest technologies to create our products. Technologies used include VB6, C# , ASP.NET, SQL 2005 and XML. We actively encourage continued learning and training on the latest development techniques in the software industry.

Working within our development team you will be assigned to one of the applications within our tikAERO product suite. You will be responsible for adding new functionality to your application and ensuring that the code base is up to date with the latest Microsoft Technologies.

Roles and Responsibilities

.NET applications in C# based on Detailed Design Specifications
Work closely with Business Analysts and Product Managers to ensure timely delivery of software
Participate in Conceptual Modeling of new functionality
Analysis of new requirements
Mentor and train fellow developers in new technologies
Research new technologies

Required Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of experience in software development
Bachelor degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields
Strong development skills in C#
Experience using SQL Server and Transact SQL
Skilled in ADO.NET, ASP.NET, XML, XSL, HTML, WCF
Ability to work well in both a team environment and independently
Excellent command of English and good communication skills

Additional Desirable Skills

Knowledge of multi-tier and web architecture
Data modeling
Development with UML
International working experience
Familiar with airline industry
