Working within our development team you will be assigned towork on the FreightPathair-cargo product suite. You will be responsible for adding new functionality to your application and ensuring that the code base is up to date with the latest Microsoft Technologies.
Roles and Responsibilities
Develop VB6 and VB.NET applications based on Detailed Design Specifications
Work closely with Business Analysts and Product Managers to ensure timely delivery of software
Participate in Conceptual Modeling of new functionality
Analysis of new requirements
Mentor and train fellow developers in new technologies
Research new technologies
Required Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience in software development
Bachelor degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields
Strong development skills in Visual Basic
Experience using SQL Server and Transact SQL
Skilled in MTS/COM+, MSMQ, ADO, ASP, XML, XSL, HTML, .NET
Ability to work well in both a team environment and independently
Excellent command of English and good communication skills
